After almost nine years working in the technical project departments at Fichtner, I ventured into business development as a sales engineer in 2017. I now use my experience gained from many years of international project business to monitor the market situation, identify new sales opportunities and acquire new clients. In addition to closely managing a number of key accounts, one of the main focuses of my work now is preparing and costing our proposals in close cooperation with our technical experts. Of course, this field of work also includes presenting our services to clients as well as holding contract negotiations with clients.
Aside from my work in active sales, I’ve also been in charge of the Sales Services department within the Business Development division since 2022. In this role, I work with a dedicated team to equip our colleagues with the necessary resources, content, and tools needed for their sales success.
