We always have your documents checked personally by our trained recruiters.
For a successful application, we need your CV, relevant references, details of your earliest possible starting date, and your salary expectations.
A cover letter is not a required part of your application, but it helps us get to know you a little better.

- In the Fichtner job portal, you will find an overview of all vacancies within the Fichtner Group.
- APPLY
- Have you found a job that suits you? At the end of each job description, you will find the “Apply now” button. There you can enter your personal details and then submit an official application. After receiving your application, we will check as soon as possible whether your profile fits the vacancy. We need a few days for this process.
- GETTING TO KNOW YOU

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to an initial interview (virtual or on-site) to learn more about you and, of course, answer any questions you may have. At least one interview will take place in person at one of our FICHTNER locations.
- CONTRACT OFFER
- If we are a good match for each other, we will get back to you within a few days with a binding decision.
onboarding
In order to give our new employees the best possible start at Fichtner, intensive onboarding begins from the first day of work. During this time, you will get to know your new colleagues, your new working environment and the most important processes. At Fichtner, you will quickly start working independently! We use a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training to facilitate this. After only a short time, you will be working on your own tasks together with the team from your specialist field.
