I’ve been working for Fichtner in the energy sector since 2015. My career at Fichtner began during my studies, first as an intern and later as a bachelor student. After graduating, I then completed my master’s degree part-time while working and have been employed as a project engineer at Fichtner since 2017. During that time, I’ve learned that your performance is appreciated and your potential is nurtured. Solutions are worked out together, and communication always takes place on an equal footing.

After eight years involving many interesting projects, clients and a lot of personal development, I can now say that I would go down the same path again. The variety of fields and industries in which we operate ensures a great deal of variety, so there can be no question of monotony or stagnation. Ultimately, it’s the projects themselves that make the work so exciting and special. For example, I myself spent almost two years on the construction site of the NOOR Ouarzazate Solar Park. NOORo III is one of the largest solar towers and NOOR Ouarzazate one of the largest solar parks in the world. I work flexibly between head office and the construction sites I supervise. It’s guaranteed to never get boring here.
