Your Tasks

  • Lead mechanical or process engineer for waste-to-energy, anaerobic digestion, or biogas systems
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents
  • Support feasibility studies, concept design, project developments phases
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, environmental) and lead technical discussions
  • Review contractor designs and supervise installation and commissioning activities on site if needed
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and safety requirements
  • Provide technical support during project development, EPC procurement, construction, and commissioning phases as needed
  • Conduct site visits and inspections across project locations
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer within the team

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience preferably in waste-to-energy, or biogas/anaerobic digestion projects or as a minimum thermal power generation projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, piping, gas handling systems, and thermal processes
  • Proficient in developing P&IDs, PFDs, layouts, Heat and mass balances, equipment sizing methods, data sheets and technical specifications
  • Experience in international engineering consultancy or EPC environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project execution frameworks is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Expertise with modern IT solutions such as Excel, PowerPoint SharePoint environment, task automation tools
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia and preferably international working experience
  • Knowledge of applicable and rising technologies
  • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Critical thinking and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong report background and skills in report writing and development of technical documents
  • Filipino national or work permit for the Philippines must be available
