Your Tasks
- Specialist Planner responsible for the Civil Engineering within the electrical engineering projects
- Technically responsible support in the phase of feasibility and concept studies, including site selection, e.g. creation and discussion of layout plan variants and draft planning in new construction and renovation projects
- Interpretation of the technical requirements and their implementation in the civil planning
- Professionally responsible for the preparation of tender documents for the civil works or structural studies and planning and responsible for the review of supplier offers and evaluation, including technical offer
- Examination of the supplier implementation planning about compliance with the supplier contract and relevant standards and guidelines (design review)
- Examination of structural studies and planning
- Advising national and international customers on all structural engineering issues
- Introduction of BIM methods in the project team for general planning and especially for design review
- Management of subcontractors, e.g. experts, specialists
- Brainstorming and participation in the development of new service packages that Fichtner can offer on the ASEAN market
Your Profile
- Engineer in the field of construction technology or comparable with at least 10 years of professional experience or comparable experience due to relevant professional experience and construction engineering training
- Taking on medium-term project management tasks for civil engineering projects
- Exceptional communication skills, well organised and trustworthy
- Flexible and willing to work on new projects
- Willingness to travel in the SEA region
