Your Tasks
- Overall project finance & controlling functions. *Project kick start & set up in the company ERP system
- Project accruals, GK/VGK & taxes.
- Project finance templates.
- Project - prepare revenue invoice & CN, related entries, verify & approve cost invoice, check transaction/document if needed, go through contracts/ agreements, closing, advise project manager (PM).
- Support PM in project financial matter e.g. collection, payment, PSP.
- Project evaluation.
- Risk management & compliance.
- Other task as assigned.
Your Profile
- Diploma in accounting.
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Practical experience in Accounting/ERP software is essential.
- Well verse with Microsoft Applications ( Sharepoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Initiative, logical thinking & analytical ability.
